Everybody give a warm welcome to... the II International Film Festival!
This extraordinary project was born two years ago, in the Reyes Católicos School as an idea to take English beyond the walls of the classes. And, as you can see, the plan has been a total success, not only by taking English to a realistic and funnier way to learn but taking English to another countries and school.
We are so happy about it: hurrah!
Last months, fourth year of ESO students (sophomore year) have been working and planning their own movies, all with a same topic: equality. From writing the script to act, record, edit and many other crazier things that those teenagers have done for their projects. They have become actually Hollywood stars. But, the most important, they have been having a really good time and learning a pair of things: use of English and teamwork.
And...who knows? Maybe the next blog will be dedicated to these same students but then, they will all have become Academy Awards winners.
Let this Festival begin!
